Connie Jane "C.J." Hefferphizer-Harbenberger, M.D., played by Virginia Williams, is Steve Hale's girlfriend in season two of Fuller House. She made her first appearance in the season premiere episode. She has a daughter named Rose.
Steve and C.J. fly to Japan to marry each other because that is where C.J.'s parents live. However, at the wedding C.J. finds out Steve is actually in love with D.J.
